Stress, tension, fatigue, and trauma — they are not errors, but messages. If we keep ignoring what the body tells us, exhaustion, burnout, or anxiety can arise.

Through somatic therapy, I guide you back to trust, safety, and inner peace.
I work with a self-developed framework based on Somatic Experiencing® and Polyvagal Theory:

For years, I lived disconnected from my body—until burnout and panic forced me to listen. What began as a search for calm led me through India, Nepal, and Portugal, where I immersed myself in yoga, meditation, and somatic therapy. Today, I guide others on that same path: back to the body, to nervous system regulation, and strengthen your connection to yourself
