About me
“I’m Médéric Delvaulx, and I guide you toward balance, clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself.”
For years, I searched for what was “wrong” with me—struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, and a lingering sense of disconnection from my body. It wasn’t until I stopped trying to “fix” myself and started listening to my body’s wisdom that real healing began.
This path led me across the world, immersing myself in transformative practices. I trained in Hatha yoga in India, sound healing in Nepal, and mindfulness in a Buddhist monastery in Belgium. In Portugal, I worked at retreats, guiding others in healing through the mind-body connection. My ongoing studies in Somatic Experiencing and Unified Mindfulness continue to shape my approach, helping me bridge science and spirituality in a way that is deeply embodied.
Now, I’m passionate about sharing these tools with you through workshops, group sessions and 1 on 1 guidance where I help you release stored tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with the intelligence of your own body.
