About Mederic
For years I worked in marketing and looked fine on the outside. Underneath, I was constantly on high alert — anxiety, hypervigilance, a body that never switched off.
The real turning point came when I discovered Somatic Experiencing — and learned to communicate with my nervous system instead of fighting it. Today I guide others on that same path back.
