Less burnout. More resilience.
A training in nervous system regulation. Your team learns how the nervous system works under pressure, and gets concrete tools for calm and focus.

- Applicable at the office
- On-site or online

Stress runs deeper than you think
Your team works hard. But behind the scenes, the nervous system is constantly running at full speed. Emails trigger stress responses. Meetings keep people in hypervigilance. The body disconnects from the head, and that costs energy, focus and connection.

Only 30% of employees work from a regulated nervous system. 60% live in chronic stress, 10% have mentally checked out. In every meeting, 7 out of 10 people are operating from a survival state.
Imagine: a team that can transform stress
Monday morning, team meeting. Instead of tense faces you see people who are grounded and present. When deadline pressure comes, they stay calm and think creatively. Conflicts are discussed without everyone going into defence mode.
This is not a utopia. This is what happens when people learn to regulate their nervous system, not by talking about it, but by doing it.

Why thinking alone doesn't work
You can't think stress away. 80% of the communication through the vagus nerve runs from the body to the brain, not the other way around.
That is why nervous system training works differently: we start from the body. Concrete exercises activate the vagus nerve and bring the system back to regulation.
90 minutes. Three parts. Directly applicable.
Built on the Activate, Regulate, Liberate framework, the same method that forms the basis of the Nervous System Guide.
- Part 1 · 45 minutes · Insight
The nervous system unravelled
Recognising fight, flight and freeze at work. The polyvagal ladder in a work context. Modern triggers. The window of tolerance. Why your body reacts faster than you can think.
- Part 2 · 30 minutes · Practice
Tools for right away
Concrete exercises for between meetings, at your desk. Short resets, breathing techniques and movement for back, neck and shoulder complaints. Every participant chooses their own toolkit.
- Part 3 · 15 minutes · Implementation
Towards workplace culture
How to anchor the tools in routines. How colleagues recognise each other's states. How to open meetings grounded and build regulation moments into the work rhythm.

- You are looking for tools that go beyond fighting symptoms
What your team gains
Less absence
Stress is addressed where it starts, not where it becomes visible.
Better decisions
Regulated people react less impulsively and think more strategically under pressure.
Fewer conflicts
Teams that don't go into defence mode solve things instead of escalating them.
Retain talent
People stay longer in an environment where they feel seen. That strengthens your employer brand.
More focus
Hours behind a screen don't have to lead to exhaustion when people know how to reset.
Employer branding
Investing in wellbeing shows that you care about your people.

Frequently asked questions
How many people can take part?
Ideally 8 to 16 people. A maximum of 20 for the basic workshop and 15 for the extended version. For larger groups we can split the workshop.
Is this suitable for all job levels?
Yes, from management to junior staff. The nervous system works the same for everyone.
How much time do we need to set aside?
At least 1.5 hours for the basic version. For lasting impact I recommend 2.5 hours.
Can it be done online?
Absolutely. The basic workshop is adapted for a good online experience, including movement exercises that work over video call.
Can we use this as team building?
Yes. Teams that learn to regulate stress together work better together. It has both wellbeing and team benefits.
When is the best moment for this workshop?
Ideally after busy periods or before stressful seasons. Also during reorganisations or when absence rates are rising.
